The individual pictured is believed to have stolen a credit card from a gym locker, which he then used to purchase a high-end watch and ring at a New York City retail jewelry store within 60 minutes of stealing the credit card. The suspect is known to travel to other cities, such as Las Vegas and Los Angeles. Anyone with information about this suspect is asked to call
