- Buying loose diamonds and jewelry online is not an easy task. We understand that things can be different than you expect. Computer screens can be deceptive or sizing can be challenging. We gladly accept returns within 30 days for an exchange, store credit or refund unless otherwise stated. Please contact us for an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number if you want to return your item.
- Damaged goods MUST be reported within seven (7) business days of receipt or we cannot honor the claim.
- Kindly contact us by email or phone for return authorization within fourteen (14) days of receipt if you receive an item that is not as described. No returns are offered after that time frame.
- All merchandise which are returned must be in the original condition. If the item description states that this merchandise is a clearance or closeout item, then it is offered in "AS-IS" condition and all sales are considered final - NO returns will be accepted.
- Ring Mountings, Settings & Semi-Mounts are all custom made items. Returns will not accepted on these items.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping. We will be glad to give instructions on how to best pack your returns.
- Please note that items showing signs of wear or those that have been engraved, altered, resized (by a jeweler other than us), or damaged in any way cannot be accepted for return. Packages that are improperly packaged or uninsured will be refused receipt.
- We give you the option of Credit towards New Purchase or Moneyback on returns. We do not charge Re-Stocking Fee.
