Payment Policy:

• All payment transactions are done over 256 bit Encrypted SSL.
• For Customers within the United States & Canada we accept all major credit cards Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.
• We can accept ONLY PayPal for international customers.
• Google Checkout is also accepted.
• Inorder to process payment through credit card for items that are being shipped and billed at separate addresses.
• For all Print & Call Orders, a Credit Card Authorization Form is required. A copy of your valid State Issued Photo ID with a copy or imprint of the credit card will be required. No exceptions.
• On rare occassions payments made by Pay Pal will be shipped after 7 days.
• All items paid through Pay Pal will be shipped only to Pay Pal confirmed addresses or addresses mentioned in the Pay Pal account.
• All others will have to send Cashier's Checks or Money Order. They should be made out to "Loose Diamond Factory LLC". Please send them through Registered Mail/Certified Mail with signature confirmation/return receipt.
• We do not accept international checks. We will email you as soon as payment has been cleared. Also provide us with your shipping address.
• We do not accept personal checks.

Credit Card Authorization Form
A credit card authorization is required for all phone orders/print and call orders. These are required by our Merchant Service Provider. They are necessary to protect customer's identity and to reduce credit card fraud. We do not store private or financial information with us. We understand the sensitivity of private and financial information and shred all paperwork once the transaction has been successfully reviewed by our Merchant Service Provider.

Shipping Policy:

• We ship Worldwide as required by US Laws. Buyers are responsible for all import duties such as customs, VAT, etc.
• Shipping is done via Fedex, UPS or USPS. Free shipping is provided only through USPS 1st Class Mail.
• Items are usually shipped within 1-3 business days after payment has been processed. Payments by PayPal may take 7 days.
• Special Order items such as custom engagement settings require 6-8 weeks.
• All items are 3rd party insured. However, the risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to the customer when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.
• Our insurance company requires the customer's telephone number. Please provide us with your telephone number.
• A tracking number will be provided as soon as the item has been shipped. Pleae keep in mind a USPS Delivery Confirmation is NOT a tracking number.
• Please contact us in advance regarding your shipping requirements if you have any special deadlines to meet. We will try our best to accomodate your needs.
